I have always had an up and down weight problem. I was introduced to the 90 day transformation program and when I heard about the guarantee.. I thought why not – nothing to lose! I started the weight management program in April 2014, and over the next three months I followed the programme (with maybe one or two slipups) otherwise diligently. I was hoping to loose 6kilos. I had been about 10kgs overweight for about 8 years and while I had not really tried to get rid of the excess, I knew myself well enough not to go on any strict eating regimes because I knew that I would not stick to it. Just the way it is.
