Loss of vitality affects any age!

Getting older is a given, but our diet and lifestyle play a huge role in how we look and feel along the way! Mentally – As we get older, our mental sharpness begins to decrease, and there are subtle changes in the way we think – we notice it takes longer for us to solve a problem, it becomes more difficult to learn new skills, remember names (sound familiar?), or even find the car keys. In today’s busy and stressful world, we all need to have that mental awareness, just to get through each day!!
Sexually – Getting older shouldn’t mean that you don’t live a full and complete life. However, it is common for both men and women, as they get older, to have less time and less energy for sex. Studies have shown that there is inevitably some loss of sexual vitality as we age – AND this is anytime from 35 onwards!
